Christoph Burki studied IT at the ETH Zurich and has been working as lead architect in the field of software development for one of the most important banking software providers in Switzerland since 2001. And is now a Partner of Eligamo AG. By assisting in a lot of different projects with several banks and asset managers in Switzerland and abroad he learned more about the needs of banks, relationship managers as well as end customers. The changed projects and expectations of banks towards IT illustrate very well that there has been a move from pure banking services towards comprehensive advisory services due to the digital possibilities.
